Booking your table
Games run on Tuesdays, 6–10pm. All table requests need the Guardian’s approval. The calendar is a guide and may not show longstanding groups or private arrangements. Ask before assuming a table is free.
Support your café
Please buy food or a drink while you play. Be kind to staff and other groups, and leave your table tidy.
Slashes are warnings
The Guardian can issue warnings to DMs. DMs can issue or remove warnings for players in their own active game. Every warning needs a reason. Three active slashes trigger a review: the DM or Guardian may remove a player, but removal is never automatic.
Cancellations
Please give at least two days’ notice. Later cancellations are flagged for the Guardian to review. No automatic penalty is applied.
Look after each other
Agree your game’s boundaries, respect a player’s right to step away, and speak to the Guardian about concerns. Use character names and keep contact information out of profiles and messages.
