Your privacy

Use a display or character name. We do not ask for your real name, email address or telephone number. Account records, password hashes, profiles, game membership, bookings, attendance, party and private messages and warnings are stored to run the Tuesday-night community.

Approved party members can read game chat; the DM and Guardian can manage their games. Players can view their own warnings; DMs can review warnings within their games. The Guardian can access records, including private messages, to administer and moderate the service. Recovery codes are stored as hashes. Rate-limit records expire after 24 hours. Backups are retained for seven days.

Essential login cookies keep you signed in. Your IP address is used temporarily for abuse prevention. There are no advertising cookies in this app. Speak to the Guardian at Creek's Cuppa to request access, corrections or deletion of your records. A character name does not make all app data anonymous.
